Our Approach<\/h2>\n

At Cittashukra, we focus on the holistic development of an individual both on the intellectual and psychological paths.<\/p>\n

We serve people with life challenges like depression, grief, hopelessness, and so on. Using creativity as an alternate form of expression to bring out their true inner selves, we help find answers and encourage them to make the right decisions and lead a satisfying life.<\/p>\n

Many children and teens have problems that affect how they feel, act, or learn. We provide activity – based, children directed therapeutic sessions for issues like Developmental Delay, Behavioural disturbances, Learning disabilities and Communication disorders.<\/p>\n

A personal \u2018one on one\u2019 session to evaluate the individual in a calm and soothing environment is how we begin our sessions and together we progress to make living peaceful and gratifying.<\/p>\n

After completing my Undergraduate degree in Psychology, I pursued my Master\u2019s in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy from Madras School of Social Work, Chennai. My passion towards children inspired me to further take up a course in Learning difficulties. Since then, I have worked in a number of institutions as a psychologist for varying age groups of patients including children, teens and adults.<\/p>\n

My expertise lies in using expressive arts as a form of healing and strongly believe the same can broaden the individuals\u2019 comprehension of self and the world. It aids one to understand the root of their problems and channels a path to self-discovery. Eventually, the experience opens up endless possibilities<\/p>\n
